​Paul Davies is a seasoned “metal detecting detective” specializing in challenging underwater and land recoveries. A technical scuba diver with over 30 years of experience, 1,000+ dives, and 25 years as a scuba instructor, Paul brings elite-level water safety and search proficiency to every recovery. His underwater metal detecting journey began on a CBC expedition searching for historical fur trade artifacts, and he has been detecting and recovering lost treasures since 2009. Combining advanced technical skills with a methodical investigative approach, Paul excels at asking the right questions to optimize search success.
